  • Big criminals will not get exemption

New Delhi:

Marijuana in US: The number of drug addicts in America is huge. Every drug in the world is found in America, whereas in America there is a very strict law against all this. The largest supply of drugs from Mexico is in America and hundreds of tons of heroin are recovered every year. Punishment is also available. There are thousands of people in US prisons who are drug addicts. Out of this, the US President has ordered the release of all those prisoners, from whom a small quantity of ganja was found, or whose sentence is worth pardoning. There is no exemption for smugglers in this.

In the category of drugs like heroin-LSD

Hemp is banned all over the world. But some countries, especially European countries, have removed the ban on marijuana (Marijuana in European Union). They believe that its intoxication is not dangerous and it can also be used as a painkiller. There are different laws for this in US states as well. But according to federal law, it has been banned by placing it in the category of drugs like heroin and LSD. However, US President Joe Biden has decided that those who are in jails because of marijuana should be released. But these should be people who have found a small amount of ganja and who are personally involved in its use. In this there is no exemption to those people who are involved in crime.

no medical value

Advocates of cannabis argue that it is used as a painkiller, but scientists have made it clear that pain relief is only an excuse. This gives no relief, except to create confusion.

President is changing his policy?

Joe Biden has once supported the policy of legalizing cannabis. However, now they are not talking about giving legality to ganja, only making ganja non-criminal. In such a situation, it is like opening a new path of intoxication for American addicts.
