Team India’s home series schedule against Sri Lanka, New Zealand and Australia released – BCCI. News & Features Network

BCCI The ICC has announced the schedule of the upcoming home series of the Indian cricket team against Sri Lanka, New Zealand and Australia on Thursday. The Indian team has a very busy schedule from January to March 2023. The BCCI said in a statement that India’s 2022-23 international home season will begin in January with a three-match T20 International and three-match ODI series against Sri Lanka.

The competition will begin with a T20I in Mumbai on 3rd January and end with an ODI in Trivandrum on 15th January.The second and third T20 matches will be played between India and Sri Lanka in Pune and Rajkot. While India and Sri Lanka will clash for the first ODI in Guwahati. The second ODI will be played in Kolkata. After this Rohit Sharma’s service will clash with New Zealand.

The three-match ODI series will be held in Hyderabad, Raipur and Indore. The BCCI said that the 2nd ODI on January 21 will be a great ODI for the city of Raipur as they will be hosting their first international match. Team India will also play a three-match T20 series against New Zealand.

Australia’s India tour for the Border-Gavaskar Trophy will begin in Nagpur from February 9. After this, Team India will play the next three Test matches in Delhi, Dharamshala and Ahmedabad. This will also be the last edition of the Border-Gavaskar Trophy which will be a 4-match Test series. After this, India will take on Australia in a three-match ODI series. These matches will be organized in Mumbai, Vizag and Chennai.

Third T20: 7 January 2023 – Rajkot.

First ODI: 10 January 2023 – Guwahati.

Second ODI: 12 January 2023 – Kolkata.

Third ODI: 15 January 2023 – Thiruvananthapuram.
