Russia Ukraine War: Beware! Putin imposed martial law in four areas snatched from Ukraine, is Russia going to do something big?

Moscow: Russian President Vladimir Putin has imposed martial law in four territories annexed to Ukraine. He has signed the decree related to this order this afternoon. Ukrainian forces are advancing rapidly in the Russian-occupied Donetsk, Luhansk, Zaporizhzhya and Kherson areas. Ukraine has re-occupied most of these four regions that were forcibly incorporated into Russia. Meanwhile, Putin’s decision is being seen as a decisive step for Russia in eastern Ukraine. The evacuation of civilians from Kherson, occupied by Russia, has already been started. Local authorities backed by Russia claim that people are being moved to safer places to protect them from attack by Ukrainian forces. However, European countries fear Putin may use low-capacity nuclear bombs after evacuating local residents.

Putin sent his order to the Duma
Putin said that I have signed each decree imposing martial law in these four regions of the Russian Federation (Donetsk, Luhansk, Zaporizhzhya and Kherson). It will be immediately sent for approval to the Federation Council and the State Duma will be informed of the decision. The Russian Parliament is known as the Duma. During a televised conversation with members of the Security Council, Putin also directed the establishment of a special coordination council under Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin to increase Russian aid to the Ukrainian occupied territories. This committee will oversee the assistance provided by Russia in Donetsk, Luhansk, Zaporizhzhya and Kherson.

Russia is evacuating people from Kherson
Putin’s new commander in charge of the Russian military in Ukraine has started evacuating Ukrainian civilians from Kherson. These citizens will be resettled in another territory occupied by Russia itself. Sergei Surovikin, a former commander of the Russian Air Force, admitted that the situation in Kherson is very tense and the war is still going on in its surrounding areas. Russia claims that these civilians are being removed from near the front fronts in view of the security situation. These people are also being given huge financial aid from Russia, which includes job, food and water and security guarantees.
