The US president said 143 nations stood for independence, sovereignty and territorial integrity, even as 141 countries condemned the Russian invasion of Ukraine and voted against Russia. “Together with the United Nations General Assembly, we will not tolerate illegal attempts to seize or force theft of any country’s land,” he said. We are in international law,
The Charter of the United Nations, and will stand up for the rights and security of Ukraine and its people.
