He had sent a government document to an MP through his personal email, after which he apologized and resigned from the post, taking responsibility for the mistake.

Suella Braverman’s Indian Connections

Talking about the Indian connection of British citizen Suella Braverman, her parents were from India. Father Christie Fernandes was a native of Goa and mother Uma was from a Tamil Hindu family. His parents came to Britain in the 60s and then settled there. Suella Braverman is a personal follower of Buddhism and frequents the Buddhist Center in London.

Was involved in opposition to Johnson

Suella also served as Attorney General in England and Wales for two years. For some time, his name also cropped up in the race for the post of PM. Suella’s views on the British Empire

In an interview given to the Telegraph, Suella said that she wants to give a message to stop the increasing number of migrants in the country. When the question was raised about her parents being migrants, Suella had said in response that her mother had come to Britain legally under the policy of the government. He said that his mother was a nurse and that his father was asked to leave Kenya in the 60s.

With this, he praised the British Empire fiercely. He had said that he has no problem in praising the British Empire and if the empire has made mistakes, then he does not regret it. Suella said that she was proud of the British Empire.
