Speaking to the Valdai Discussion Club, Putin said that the West has been blinded by colonialism and is trying to integrate the rest of the world into itself.
Putin said that Russia has neither been destroyed nor will be eradicated from the map of geopolitics. All civilizations now have opportunities for democratic development. He said the majority should benefit from world trade and not individual super-rich corporations. The composition of the United Nations Security Council should reflect global diversity.
Russia is making allegations of provocation
