Cow urine available in the market beneficial or harmful?
Cow urine is sold in the open market in our country, which does not even have a trademark of the Food Safety and Standards Authority of India. However, former director of the Indian Veterinary Research Institute R.S. Chouhan told our companion newspaper Times of India that dilated cow urine boosts immunity in humans, and also protects against cancer and Covid. He also claimed that he has been doing research on cow urine for the past 25 years. However, the latest research conducted by the organization did not take distilled urine samples, and the organization recommends that people only consume distilled cow urine.
Cow urine is also available online!
Once upon a time, people used to go to cowsheds to collect cow urine, but now it can be bought online as well. Half a liter of cow urine is available for Rs 50 on some shopping websites, while some websites sell 100 mg of distilled cow urine for Rs 100. Such websites also claim that they only sell cow urine from six months to one-and-a-half-year-old calves, and that their products are 100 percent pure. Besides its ability to kill bacteria, this cow urine is claimed to detoxify the body and have heaps of other health benefits. However, such a claim is not considered true in medical science, and no research has been done regarding it.
