“It is an attack and assault on what the Congress had started dreaming about, which is its extension on the national stage in 2024…the brakes have been applied by Mamata Banerjee,” he said.
“She is creating no-go zones for the Congress party and preparing a blueprint that the Congress should enter into no-go zone pacts with these parties and not enter Bengal, Telangana or Uttar Pradesh, where Congress is not strong,” he said.
“The blueprint being set by the TMC is actually a no-confidence motion,” he said. Passed out in Karnataka.
The BJP spokesperson said that the hopes of those who are very excited to create a ‘national blueprint’ from the Karnataka assembly election results have been ‘smashed and crashed by their own ideological cousins like the TMC’.
On opposition unity ahead of the 2024 Lok Sabha elections, he said, “It is only a mission of status division, commission, corruption. It is only a coalition of negativity, directed to stop the BJP.”
“It is an obsession with Prime Minister Narendra Modi. For him, it is important who will get more share of the pie. This usually happens when there is no mission or vision for the country in such potential alliances. ” Poonawalla told PTI.
