Khatron Ke Khiladi 13: Rohit Roy confirms participation, says daughter was ‘worried’

Confirming that he will be a part of the adventure reality show Khatron Ke Khiladi 13, Rohit told ANI, “I have always loved adventure and as I prepare to be a part of Khatron Ke Khiladi, I am looking forward to the freedom Looking forward to experiencing the wonderful feeling of Which comes with conquering my fears. It is going to be a challenging ride both mentally and physically.

He further added, “As I embark on this journey, I firmly believe that one must have a fearless attitude and be ready to take risks to achieve greatness.” Courageous, and determined to overcome any obstacle that comes my way.”

Rohit has also revealed that his daughter was worried for him, but it was his wife who inspired him to take up action-based TV shows. “My daughter Kiara was worried. She is father’s darling, so she was worried about me. But, it was my wife Mansi, who always inspired me to do something different, so I always give credit to her. I have a lot of phobias but I also love mountains and have started adventure bike rides in North India. However, competing in a show is different. Here, you are not only performing heavy-duty stunts but also competing with each other. So, it is going to be an interesting experience as you have to better yourself every time,” he told ETimes.

Rohit is known for his performances in TV shows like Swabhiman. He has also acted in Des Mein Nikla Hoga Chand, Kusum. Rohit has also worked in many films including LOC Kargil, Forensic and Changes.

Apart from Shiv Thackeray, Anjum Fakih, Ruhi Chaturvedi, Nyra M Banerjee, Arjit Taneja, Archana Gautam Singh and Soundas Moufkir will also be seen as participants in Khatron Ke Khiladi 13. The shooting of the new season will start in the month of May and the show will start in July. Khatron Ke Khiladi 13 will air on Colors.
