GURUGRAM- A mahapanchayat was organized by Hindu organizations in his village Manesar on Tuesday in support of Mohit Yadav alias Monu, accused in the case of burning two Muslim youths in a bolero car. During this Mahapanchayat, Monu was called Hindu pride and a decision was taken to support him. The address to the Rajasthan Police was also warned that Monu was not at fault in the entire incident and that he has been falsely implicated. If someone comes to Monu’s house, he cannot go back.
A case has also been filed against the Rajasthan Police
On the other hand, a case has been filed against 30-40 policemen of Rajasthan Police on other charges including breaking into the house of Junaid and Nasir murder accused Shrikant and assaulting his pregnant wife. During the Maha Panchayat in Gurugram, a speaker said that the Rajasthan Police were coming to Monu’s house, due to which the youths present there got agitated and started towards Monu’s house shouting slogans. Some youth reached National Highway 48 and started stopping vehicles.

Seeing the increasing crowd on NH 48, the police and the system people were also disturbed. An attempt was made to convince the youth by taking the seniors into confidence. The police somehow calmed them down. Meanwhile, there was a traffic jam on the Delhi-Jaipur highway for about 15-20 minutes. During the Maha Panchayat, Kulbhushan Bharadwaj, the former legal advisor of the Joint Hindu Struggle Committee, said that Monu is being targeted as part of a conspiracy in this case. Because Monoo’s team has worked to stop animal trafficking.

Other decisions were also taken in the Maha Panchayat such as a 16-member committee will be formed to protect Monu’s family. His house will be guarded day and night. If anyone comes to his house for investigation or questioning, he has to go to the local police station and inform the police. A cell will be set up to provide legal assistance and financial assistance to the guardians. It was also decided to demand a CBI probe into the case.
What is the family charge?
The families of Junaid and Nasir have alleged that their children were abducted and the accused took them to Ferozepur. Later his dead body was found in a charred car in Loharoo near Bhiwani. A video of the in-charge of Gopalgarh is also going viral on social media. He also admitted that the accused had taken the dead to the Anti CS staff of Ferozepur. An SIT headed by ASP has been constituted to probe these allegations.
A DNA test will be done
The family members of Junaid and Nasir, who live in Ghatmika village of Bharatpur, Rajasthan, have handed over the samples to the health department team for DNA testing. Civil Hospital Medical Officer Doctor Iqbal and Doctor Mansoor Ali along with their team reached Ghatimaka village on Monday. They have taken the samples of deceased Junaid’s two children Arman and Arbaaz and Nasir’s two brothers Hamid and Mamur for testing.
