Japan to impose new sanctions on North Korea amid Kim Jong Un’s missile testing

Japan New Sanctions On NK: Japan has now decided to impose new sanctions on North Korea. On Tuesday, Chief Cabinet Secretary Hirokazu Matsuno said Japan would impose additional sanctions against North Korea by freezing the assets of groups involved in missile development. “We cannot tolerate North Korea’s repeated provocations that threaten Japan’s security and international peace and security,” Matsuno said.

Ballistic missile fired over Japan

Japan has decided to impose new sanctions when North Korea has been conducting missile tests continuously for the past few days. The situation had worsened so much that North Korea also tested two missiles by firing over Japan. After this the situation in Japan had become worrisome regarding security. Japan had to declare even an emergency alert. This is the reason why now Japan has decided to impose new sanctions against North Korea.
