‘Islam is in danger when we talk about population control’, big statement of former Pak minister

Miftah Ismail: The whole world is aware of the plight of Pakistan. The whole of Pakistan is stricken by the recent floods. Lakhs of people have become homeless and thousands have lost their lives in the floods. On the one hand, there is a bad condition of Pakistan and on the other hand the political war of Pakistan. Meanwhile, now former Finance Minister of Pakistan Miftah Ismail tied the bridges of praise of India and worked to expose the current situation of his country. He even said that if you talk a little about population control in Pakistan, then Islam is in danger.

Miftah Ismail, who was the Finance Minister in the Shahbaz Sharif government, spoke emphasizing on population control. Along with this, he also told why today Pakistan is behind India and Bangladesh. He said on Friday (October 14) that the average age of a Bangladeshi is five years more than that of Pakistanis. Every Bangladeshi has studied three years more than Pakistanis. Somewhere or the other the government of Pakistan has made a long mistake. On the economic condition of India, he said that today India has foreign exchange reserves of more than $ 600 billion and Pakistan does not even have $ 10 billion.

‘By the 90s we were ahead of them’

The former finance minister said, “Today India is respected in the whole world. India exports $ 150 billion. Only IT exports $ 150 billion. We started together. Even till 90 We were even ahead of them, but what did we give to our people?” Miftah Ismail said that 50 percent of the children of Pakistan today are able to go to school, but are not able to go. We should ask ourselves what are you doing to the country?

‘…at that time Naharu was making IIT’

Miftah Ismail raised many questions on the education policy and system of Pakistan. He said that Pakistan is only one percent republic. Here the son of the bus driver becomes the bus driver. Education is available to only 1% of the people. He further said, “The CEOs of Microsoft, Twitter and Google have all come from India. They have come out of IITs. Governments used to change here and Nehru was building IITs in India.”

Population comparison of Pakistan and Bangladesh

Miftah Ismail also compared Pakistan and Bangladesh. He said that when East Pakistan did not become Bangladesh, the population there was more than West Pakistan. He said, “East Pakistan had 361 seats at that time and West Pakistan had 138 seats. Mujeeb-ur Rehman Sahab won from East Pakistan and Zulfikar Ali Bhutto Sahab from West Pakistan.”

‘Islam is in danger’

The former finance minister said that at that time the Awami League had won 160 seats and Bhutto sahib had won a total of 80 out of 138. Ismail said, “Now the population of Bangladesh is 150 million and the population of Pakistan has reached 23 crore. No one dares to talk about population control in Pakistan. If you talk a little, then Islam comes in danger.” “
