IND vs SA ODI: Amitabh Choudhary, who took this stadium off the ground, was the acting secretary of BCCI and former JSCA president Amitabh Choudhary died of a heart attack on 16 August this year. During the match today, JSCA is preparing to pay tribute to him.

Amitabh Choudhary gave JSCA Stadium international recognition and got it one of the stadiums with state-of-the-art facilities in the world. On Sunday, the same stadium will witness an international match without him. A member of JSCA said in the conversation that if Amitabh sir lived, the stadium used to be a stunner.

Late Amitabh Choudhary had a special attachment to JSCA Stadium. His office was in the North Pavilion (Amitabh Chaudhary Pavilion) of the stadium itself. From the window of the office, she kept her eyes on other activities including those going to the stadium. Amitabh Choudhary, who was acting secretary of BCCI and former president of JSCA, died of heart attack on August 16 this year.

Remembering its late former president Amitabh Choudhary, JSCA has put up banners with his picture around the stadium. On the day of the match, JSCA is preparing to pay tribute to him. It was also rehearsed on Saturday.
