The ICC on Monday accused Bathinda umpire Jatin Kashyap of violating the anti-corruption code after investigating international matches in 2022. Kashyap has officiated in district-level matches in Punjab but is not on the panel of the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI).

Jatin Kashyap has been charged with failing or refusing without reasonable cause to co-operate with an Anti-Corruption Unit (ACU) investigation into possible corrupt conduct under the ICC Code. “This includes failing to provide accurately and completely any information and/or documentation requested by the ACU as part of its investigation (whether as part of a formal demand pursuant to Article 4.3 or otherwise),” the ICC said in a statement. in) stay also.’
