The initial public offering (IPO) of Dharmaj Crop Guard was subscribed 35.49 times in total at the end of the three-day period on Wednesday. The data shows that the shares reserved for retail investors were subscribed 21.53 times.
The three-day initial public offering for Dharmaj Crop Guard opened for subscription on Monday and the firm has fixed a price band of Rs 216 to Rs 237 per share.
This was reportedly the ninth public issue launched in the month of November.
Investors then had the option to bid for a minimum of 60 shares and multiples of 60 equity shares.
The public issue comprises a fresh issue of Rs 216 crore and an offer-for-sale (OFS) of 1.48 million equity shares by existing shareholders.

The company also exports its products to more than 25 countries in Latin America, East African countries, Middle East and Far East Asia.
Its revenue from operations for FY22 grew by 30.36 per cent to Rs 394.21 crore as against Rs 302.41 crore in FY21, mainly due to growth in sales of its branded products, institutional sales and adding more dealers and customers. While its net profit grew by 36.88 per cent from Rs 20.96 crore in 2020-21 to Rs 28.69 crore in 2021-22.
