Pakistan On Joe Biden’s Statement: US President Joe Biden’s remarks on Pakistan’s nuclear weapons have created a ruckus. There is criticism in Pakistan about his statement, but he does not understand how to reply diplomatically to this statement. Pakistan PM Shehbaz Sharif has rejected Biden’s remarks outright, saying that his remarks about Pakistan are factually wrong and misleading.
The Prime Minister’s Office of Pakistan has retweeted the same tweet made from the Twitter handle of Shahbaz Sharif, in which Shahbaz has said that I want to say this very clearly that Pakistan is a nuclear responsible country. He said that we are proud that we maintain our nuclear powers according to the set standards. Anything said other than this is factually incorrect and misleading.
Let me reiterate unequivocally: Pakistan is a responsible nuclear state and we are proud that our nuclear assets have the best safeguards as per IAEA requirements. We take these safety measures with the utmost seriousness. Let no one have any doubts.

What did the US President say?
US President Joe Biden said at the Democratic Party’s Congressional Campaign Committee ceremony that I think Pakistan is one of the most dangerous countries in the world, because the nuclear weapons it has are without any protection. He said this in the context of changing geopolitics in a program of the Republican Party.
Pakistan expressed surprise
After the statement of the US President, there was uproar in the political corridors of Pakistan. Pakistan’s Foreign Minister Bilawal Bhutto Zardari said that Pakistan was shocked by the remarks of the US President regarding the country’s nuclear weapons.
Bilawal Bhutto said that as far as the safety of Pakistan’s nuclear weapons is concerned, we meet all international standards under the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA). He also said that this may have happened due to lack of communication between the two countries.
US ambassador summoned
Pakistan summoned US Ambassador Donald Blom to register its objection to US President Joe Biden’s remarks. Bilawal Bhutto said that we are surprised that he has said this and we file a strong objection on this matter.
